Shipping policy

We make all of our products inhouse in our Kent studio, and aim to dispatch your orders within 1-3 working days. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

To ensure your Christmas orders are delivered in good time, it’s always a good idea to order as early as possible.

UK Standard Delivery (Tracked48) – Wednesday 17th December

UK Express Delivery (Tracked24) – Friday 19th December

International Tracked – Wednesday 3rd December

Please note: the postal services are very busy during the festive period and whilst we will do our absolute best to get your order dispatched on time, we cannot and do not have control over the postal service once it leaves our workshop.

Tracked International (excluding USA addresses)
Estimated 10 to 15 working days, not including any time that may be incurred for customs clearance.
Cost: £12.49
This price does not include any local taxes or import duties issued by the customs authorities in the country you are shipping to. To avoid any surprises, we recommend checking these costs before you place your order.

Tracked International (USA addresses only)
Estimated 10 to 15 working days, not including any time that may be incurred for customs clearance.
Cost: £16.49
This price includes Postal Delivered Duties Paid (PDDP), allowing you to pay all customs duties and taxes upfront for deliveries to the United States. 

SHIPPING NOTES FOR CUSTOMERS

Unfortunately, due to legislation, we are unable to ship to the EU or Northern Ireland, effective from 13th December 2024. As a small business we cannot afford to pay the hundreds of pounds per month for the 'authorised representative' needed to continue selling to the EU. We want to thank our EU customers for their support and let you know that we are so sorry about this. 

We will continue to ship to England, Scotland and Wales as normal, plus all the countries outside of the European Union.
