How long does delivery take?
All orders are shipped by Royal Mail, below you can find the estimated delivery times:
United Kingdom: 3 to 5 working days
Europe: 3 to 10 working days
Worldwide: 10 to 15 working days
Please note – These timeframes do not include any time that may be incurred for customs clearance.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship all over the world!
We charge a standard flat-rate of £8.95 for orders to Europe, and £9.95 for orders worldwide. All international orders are sent tracked for peace of mind. These prices do not include any applicable local taxes or import duties issued by the customs authorities in the country you are shipping to. To avoid any surprises we recommend checking these costs before you place your order.
As all our products are handmade by our team in Kent, we aim to process orders within 1 to 3 working days. Except orders that include personalised tokens, which can take between 7 to 10 working days to complete.
Processing includes hand-making the products, checking, packing and dispatching your orders. Once we have completed all these steps you will receive a confirmation email letting you know your order is on it’s way.
On rare occasions, the delivery may take longer than the estimated shipping times stated above. If your order hasn’t been delivered by the due date (3 to 5 working days) plus 10 working days, please contact us by emailing email@example.com.
For international deliveries, if your order hasn’t been delivered by the due date (either 3 to 10 working days for Europe, and 10 to 15 working days for the Rest of the World) plus 25 working days, please contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Unfortunately, we cannot control the delays caused by Royal Mail. We ask for your patience and understanding should this happen.
How secure is my personal information?
Journeys Made adheres to the highest industry standards in order to protect your personal information with the best security solutions. Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (secure socket layer technology), which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments safely.
Do you have gift cards?
We do not currently offer gift cards.
Are your products giftable?
Yes, they make great gifts for travel lovers!
A large amount of orders that we receive are meant to be gifted. All our products come ready to gift to your loved ones. Our travel keychains are presented in a Journeys Made eco-friendly pouch, while our tokens will be in small envelopes.
Our overall postal packaging also makes for a great letterbox gift, delivered straight to the recipient.
Do the journey tokens already come on the keychain or necklace?
No, if you order a keychain or necklace with your journey tokens, they will be presented separately and packed as mentioned above. This is so you can enjoy the excitement of arranging them on your keychain or necklace and reliving those memories!
How many tokens can fit on a keychain?
One keychain can hold up to 20 tokens due to the weight. If you have more than 20 tokens, we would recommend purchasing another keychain.
How many tokens fit on a necklace?
Personally, we would say no more than 15 tokens due to the weight but it’s entirely up to you how many tokens you add to your necklace. You can also split them up between a keychain and a necklace if you wanted to.
Can I add more journey tokens to my keychain?
You sure can. You can easily add more journey tokens onto your Journeys Made keychain. Simply slide them onto your keychain as if you were sliding keys onto a keyring.
Do you offer personalised tokens?
Of course! Our personalised tokens mean that you can have whatever you want engraved on a token, up to 25 characters. You can have your children’s names, a significant date, a landmark, whatever you desire.
Remember personalised tokens will increase the processing time of your order to 7 to 10 working days, so be sure to order these in advance of any special occasions.
Can I clean my journey tokens?
Sure, you can clean them. Our tokens are made with stainless steel and are waterproof. Just use a cloth and warm water to clean them. Be sure to remove the tokens from your keychain before doing so.
Do you have a return policy?
We would like to think that you will completely fall in love with your purchase, however, we understand that sometimes it’s just not to your liking. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy from when you receive your order. You can read our return policy here.
